No 7, the number one skincare brand in the UK, was a sleeper brand with minimal household recognition in the US. To relaunch, they wanted a campaign that not only situated them as a go-to beauty brand, but ensured that they actually made a difference in the communities they serve. The shecession served that purpose well, creating a unique opportunity for a brand to truly help get women back into the workforce.

We built a 90 percent women-identifying crew, post, and agency team.
